The EMS WEEK BASS TOURNAMENT started in 2011. This charity tournament consists of EMS, Fire and Police personnel in the Tri-State area. The benefactor of our event goes to our two local charities: the Chattanooga Forgotten Child Fund and the Southeastern EMS Director's Association (SEEMSDA) Paramedic Scholarship Fund. The Chattanooga Forgotten Child Fund is a charitable organization that provides Christmas toys to the less fortunate children in Chattanooga. The SEEMSDA Paramedic Scholarship Fund gives funding for college students pursuing a career in EMS.

Since 2011, the EMS WEEK BASS TOURNAMENT has provided funding for 10 college students pursuing a career in EMS and donated over $2,000 to the Chattanooga Forgotten Child Fund.
